Registration Fee:

$150 registration fee includes your first class, plus $150 crossover fee for EACH and EVERY additional class you choose.
(Unlimited Cross Overs allowed)

Online Registrations will be available through October 26, 2022 at 6pm Eastern.

LATE FEE:

LATE FEE OF $150 ON ANY ENTRY SUBMITTED ONLINE AFTER 3pm EASTERN TIME ON MONDAY OCTOBER 24, 2022

Any walk-in entries on Friday Oct 28 at check-in will have a $150 late fee (unless you entered at least one class online prior to that date).

Eligibility

NPC Baltimore Classic Championships:
Competition is open to all NPC registered athletes.

You must purchase an NPC CARD using one of the following methods:

1) NPC CARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ($135) AT ATHLETE CHECK-IN (cash only)

2) YOU MAY ALSO OBTAIN YOUR NPC CARD ONLINE AT THIS at this link

PLEASE NOTE:  Your NPC CARD is NOT the same as entering the event!  It is your registration as an NPC athlete.   To enter the event, click the ENTRY tab at the top of this page for information.

All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music.

You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to checkin on CD or USB drive as a backup.

You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC using a link in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL you will receive after registering for the event.  Check the email you received after you entered the contest and the music upload link will be in there.  If you cannot find your confirmation of entry in your email box, check your spam box of your email.  DESCRIPTION OF NPC DIVISIONS

True Novice Divisions

Competitors have NEVER competed in the NPC before.

Novice Divisions

Competitors have not won their class in an NPC competition.

First Responder Divisions

Competitors are Active or Retired with First Responder ID.

Armed Forces Divisions

Competitors are Active or Retired & Spouses with Armed Forces ID

Teen Division

Competitor must be at least 16 years old, and not over the age of 19 on the day of the competition.

Collegiate Division

Competitor must be taking college courses during that calendar year and must not be over 25 yrs of age.

Junior Division

Competitor must not be over the age of 23 on the day of the competition.

Masters Divisions

Competitors must be over the age(s) shown on the day of the competition, such as “Over 35”.

Bodybuilding/ Women Physique Routines (70 seconds) & Fitness Routines(2 Minutes)

2 Rounds of competition. Wearing a 2-piece suit with heels.

Presentation Round

Each competitor performs a Front Stance and 3 model stances.

Comparison Round

Competitors will be directed to do quarter turns in a group.

2 Rounds of competition

Wearing a 2-piece suit with heels.

Presentation Round

Each competitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in the stances of their choice.

Comparison Round

Competitors will be directed to do turns to the front and back.

MEN PHYSIQUE DIVISION

2 Rounds of competition

Wearing board shorts

Presentation Round

Each competitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in front and back stances.

Comparison Round

Contestants will be brought out in a group and directed to do stances to the front and back.

WOMEN PHYSIQUE DIVISION

2 Rounds of competition

Relaxed Round

Competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to do 1/4 turns

Comparison Round

Contestants will be brought out in a group and directed to 5 Mandatory Poses.

Front Double Bicep, Side Chest, Rear Double Bicep, Side Tricep, Abdominal and Thighs

Competitors will perform a 70-second posing routine to their own music at the Finals.

MEN CLASSIC PHYSIQUE DIVISION

If you do not make weight in the Classic Physique division, you will have the option of completing in Bodybuilding or Men’s Physique. Proper attire is required. Posing Trunks for Bodybuilding, Board Shorts for Physique.
